ImprovedA clear Client journey, even when work overlaps
Show Clients one clear Case journey while the Firm manages parallel work.
Firm Members can now track several active workstreams without changing the Phase shown to Clients. Each Phase keeps its own Waiting, Active, or Complete work state, while a separate control chooses the one step highlighted in the Client Portal.
Completed steps get checkmarks, the Client-visible Phase is easy to spot, and remaining work stays visible to the Firm. Clients see a clean, ordered journey without the Firm's overlapping work states.
