Website intake lands on your dashboard

Your firm now has a public intake page: a form a potential client fills in, hosted at an address of your choosing under your firm's name, or embedded on your own website with one line of code. Each request waits at the top of your dashboard with everything the person wrote, and owners and admins are notified when one arrives.

Open as prospect creates the prospect case with the person attached as the client and sends their portal invite, exactly as if you had typed it in. Nothing is re-keyed, and nothing is sent to the person until you open the request. Decline removes it.

Turn it on under Settings → Intake: choose the address, the matter types a visitor can pick from, and the notice shown under the form. The embed comes in light, dark, or the visitor's device setting. It is not a CRM: no campaigns, no lead scoring, just the request landing where the matter will live.
